super fucked up mexican made film that has elements of demonic possession and vampirism (alucarda is a dracula backwards, clever...). the director was a contemporary of alejandro jodorowsky (EL TOPO, THE HOLY MOUNTAIN), whose influence can clearly be felt in the overall surreal, dream-like vibe of the film. worth seeing if you are a fan of the above mentioned films.
