so, i know that this isn't as horrifyingly cringe-inducing to anyone who isn't me, but this beautiful looking, well made, well edited documentary about us recording our last album is kind of hard to watch. kind of like paint drying. this was a pretty unhappy (and clearly very bloated) time in my life, but here it is, captured for posterity in all it's glory. the day after we finished recording and filming this we flipped our van in the snow before heading out on tour. good times...
