i always thought that only the first 2 roxy music albums were worth listening to and that after brian eno left they just started sucking. well, i was wrong. DEAD wrong. in fact, i would say that they only got better. eno definitely added a touch of the avant garde to the band, but once that was gone they transformed into a more straight ahead rock band (and later into a smooth soft-rock band). what they lost in artiness, they made up for in songwriting and style. also, bryan ferry's solo albums are excellent.
